• We hired Ariel to provide live-in childcare for our two children for a fixed period of 11 weeks in Fall 2021 while we were travelling around the US. Ariel earned our trust early on in our relationship and we were confident of her ability to provide safe care to our children throughout her time with us. We chose to hire her as a result of her enthusiasm for both caring for the children as well as the travelling that we would need her to support with. Ariel was responsible for caring for the children, aged 2 years and 4 years at the time of the trip through a mixture of shared care alongside us parents, as well as sole care of both children while we were out. She was confident in being given sole care of the children and was also comfortable with caring for the children alongside us should that be what was needed (e.g., in the car or at the airport). We found Ariel to be confident, independent and outgoing and she was always ready to step in and offer help in any situation. Ariel was happy to take feedback and direction – often proactively requesting it – in order to improve her relationship and the development and wellbeing of the children. Ariel has a special gift of calmly setting boundaries with children and ensuring they happily adhere to them. I was constantly in awe at her ability to get them to sit in the bath without splashing her or “pause” when walking as soon as she asked them to. This gave us confidence in her ability to safely care for the children, especially in our absence.

  • My time working with Ariel was nothing short of amazing. I was able to work with her In a toddler classroom at All Starz Children’s Academy in Cary, NC. She was always prepared for the day and was able to meet the needs of the children in her classroom. Ariel is very genuine and children flock to her, whether it be for comfort or just to be around her sweet spirit. I’m glad I had the chance to work with her.

  • Ari was a tremendous asset to my family. She came in and hit the ground running. She created a curriculum for our 10-month-old that included themes, sign language, and letters of the week.Very impressive. She also created and laminated a packing list for us to take on vacations/out of town trips so we could make sure we packed everything. She was very organized in unpacking the suitcases and arranging contents in easy to access areas. In all locations she researched age-appropriate activities. She was able to tell us meeting days and times, phone numbers, prices, and person to contact should we have further questions. She also stepped up when it came to organizing different areas of our house including but not limited to laundry room, office, and kitchen junk drawer. We could always count on her going above and beyond!

  • Miss Ariel is one of the kindest and sweetest persons I’ve ever met. She makes a special connection with every child that she looks after. She has personally made me feel special and cared for. She feels like part of the family, that’s how amazing she is. I’ve known Miss Ariel for seven years and she’s always been a very sweet and kind person. Anyone would be lucky to have her as a Nanny. She is so cool!

  • Ariel is a wonderful coworker, caregiver, and person to know. I worked with Ariel at All Starz Children’s Academy for almost two years before she took an opportunity to work abroad with children in China. While working with Ariel, I learned so much from her and how to be a better teacher and caregiver with children. She taught me so much. Professionally she was wonderful to work with. The kids loved her, and the parents trusted her judgement so much when it came to their kids. She made learning so engaging and exciting, the kids loved it. No matter the age group she worked with, or we worked with she adapted so easily to the age group and the demands that came with it. Ariel was wonderful with the parents as well. Majority of the parents hired her to be a caregiver outside of school as well. Even after she left the parents kept in touch with her. Personally, Ariel is a wonderful person to know. She has grown so much personally and professionally and is able to take on anything that is put in front of her with ease.

  • I have known Ariel for 6 years. We met at the daycare where both of my children are enrolled full time and Ariel was my daughter’s teacher in multiple classes during her time there. I was very impressed with Ariel’s attention to not only my child, but all children in her class. She provided a nurturing environment, and treated each child as if they were her own- including showing interest and helping with at home activities and behaviors. After meeting Ariel at daycare, we hired her as a sitter for our children. Ariel has always been very prompt, keeps us updated while we are away and does a great job entertaining the kids. Our daughter routinely asks for Ariel to babysit. Ariel’s positive attitude and love for children is contagious. Our entire family is so thankful for her!

  • As Ariel’s coworker, I can personally attest to her commitment to her job. Having worked with her for over a year, it is undeniable her love for teaching young minds. During the time I have been fortunate to know Ariel, she has been extremely passionate about working with children. Ariel will be an incredible asset to the family she is employed by.

  • Ariel was a Lead Teacher at All Starz Children’s Academy in Cary, NC. Ariel worked here for over two years and during that time she has proven herself to being highly skilled at leading educational activities for all the children in her classroom. We had the opportunity of observing Ariel’s work and she is great in every facet. Her ability to work with and care for the children, connect with her co-workers and communicate with parents is very difficult to duplicate. Everyone (children, teachers, administration and parents) truly appreciates everything that she has added to our program. She is a very loving, thoughtful and conscientious role model for all adolescents and adults alike.

  • My daughter had the privilege of being taught by Ms. Ariel King from the age of 2 to 3 years old at All Starz Academy in Cary, NC. We were extremely fortunate to have her for an extended period of time as she moved from the 2 year old classroom to the 3 year old classroom around the same time my daughter transitioned My daughter thrived in her classes and as a parent I always appreciated how Ms. Ariel kept us informed of what was happening in the classroom. This allowed the occasional behavioral issue to be promptly addressed at home and ensured we had a united approach. While she is an incredibly loving teacher, Ms. Ariel also did an exceptional job maintaining control of her classroom. When visiting I was always amazed at how easy she made it look to have 20+ 3 year olds engaged and following her instructions. Perhaps what speaks most accurately about her dedication to her students is the relationships she maintains even after leaving All Starz for another opportunity. When Ms. Ariel would come back to the school for visits, my daughter would talk about it as if a celebrity came to school that day!

  • I have known Ms. Ariel for over three years now and I could speak volumes about Ariel on a personal and professional level. She was a teacher at my children’s daycare program All Starz Children’s Academy in Cary, NC. My son Jack was lucky enough to be in Ariel’s class right after he turned two. Jack had a very hard time transitioning to his new class. Ms. Ariel will always have a special place in my heart for how she treated Jack during his transition. Every time I saw Jack in his classroom, in person or on camera, Ms. Ariel was holding him, loving him, helping him. He became so attached to her due to her willingness to provide that support during such a tough time. Since that time when Jack was in her class, I have been consistently impressed with her positive attitude, kindness, affection for the children and willingness to truly get down on their level and attend to them.

  • Our son had the pleasure of having Ms. Ariel King as his teacher for two rooms at All Starz Children’s Academy. Ms. Ariel was a stand-out teacher during his time there and we were sad each time we moved on to a different classroom without her. Greeted with a smile daily, we felt a true partnership with her as it related to his emotional and academic growth. While she obviously was managing 12-20 kids in the classroom, her level of care and detail about our son was remarkable. If you asked our son what he loved most (and I say love not like for a reason), he would tell you that he loved playing with her and doing artwork. Ms. Ariel truly played with the kids and was very effective at making learning fun. She is an excellent educator, with superb age-appropriate learning activities: from letter/number/color/shape recognition to science experiments, to a well-rounded library. She also is quite the crafter. We greatly enjoyed the artwork they made together. When the terrible two’s/three’s popped up, we shared what was and wasn’t working at home and she would actually continue that conversation at school. We noticed a big difference because of this. She was able to share behavioral change techniques that worked, which was helpful as first-time parents. Our son was open to potty-training at 2 years, 2 months old, partially because of the positive role modeling he saw at school with other kids slightly older than him. I credit our son’s quick potty-training to Ms. Ariel: between the positive attitude, attentiveness to him, helping him learn his physical signals that it was time to try, and our partnership, he was out of diapers very fast. The bond established with Ms. Ariel was strong; thus we were sad when it was time to ‘move up’ classrooms. While we would pop in to say hi after we had moved rooms, we were tickled when our son would share that Ms. Ariel had popped into his room on breaks, continuing that relationship. Even after she left All Starz, she has continued to stay in contact. She is truly a special educator and caregiver. I only have praise for her and would highly recommend her for any position.

  • We met Ms. Ariel when she relocated from NC to TX. She was a teacher in our daughter’s classroom and immediately I noticed her warm disposition. Our daughter LOVES her! You could immediately see that she not only cared for the kids but cared about their classroom as well. No matter the time of day the classroom was always in order. When we picked up our child, we would observe that Ms. Ariel was always either playing on the carpet in their classroom or running around in the gym. Our daughter never left her presence without a hug and a kiss. We eventually had Ms. Ariel come and babysit for us. Our daughter had no issue with us leaving or Ms. Ariel putting her to bed. When we returned home, we always noticed that the kitchen was cleaned, dishes washed and put away, and the playroom had been tidied.

  • Ariel possesses a disciplined and reliable work ethic. She was always available to her team members. Ariel would help team members on projects she was not involved in. She provides support, key insights, ideas and direction when possible. She also makes a string effort to educate herself and enrich her own critical thinking skills. Ariel is well-organized, efficient with her time and mindful of deadlines. Overall, she is just a great addition to any job.

  • Often times finding someone that you can trust to watch your children can be a task. I’m so thankful we found Ariel during our time of need. She listened to what my children’s needs were and did an amazing job with communicating effectively. She has a way with being attentive to children while still being fun. We are grateful for her as she also assisted is with milestones such as potty training and setting healthy boundaries. I would absolutely recommend her. 10 out of 10!!!!!!!!

  • Ariel worked as a live-in nanny/house manager in our home for a little over a year. However, it proved to be a critical year in our family and particularly in our daughter’s upbringing. COVID and virtual learning made it evident that our daughter needed a more challenging learning environment. We decided to embark on the journey of SSAT prep so my daughter could change to another private school. This meant, accelerated training and tutoring, plus additional hours of studies since we only had 6 months to come up to speed vs a whole year to meet the application deadlines. Ariel was not only on top of the tutoring activities, but she also helped organize additional practice problems by buying support material, extracting relevant content, and manually creating additional drill sheets and study guides. She helped with practice rounds, grading, and helping my daughter through working out problems when she didn’t understand. Ariel also organized, the numerous calendars, interviews and tasks associated with the interview process for all private schools we were aiming for. My daughter got stellar marks on her SSAT and she was accepted into the school of our choice. In addition to this, we also decided to ship half of our furniture and paintings back to Mexico where we are originally form. Ariel managed the entire process. This involved contacting and obtaining quotes from different suppliers. Managing the appointment and paperwork for the Mexican Consulate required to approve the international move and organize, the actual process. Developing and structuring everything to be moved into categories and making sure the process was orderly. Also, during this year my daughter decided she wanted to migrate all of her American Girl Doll stuff out of her room. I refused to give it up as we had the equivalent of and “American Girl Doll Village” and I wanted to store it. Ariel took pictures of each “Doll scenario” and we packaged everything by scenery and labeled everything. Last but not least, during this year, we embarked in a full home organizational project. This means all my linens, hardware, Christmas decorations, files, everything was organized, labeled alphabetically. A true OCD person’s dream come true. Perfect order and structure. AT the end of her tenure with our family, we began the reconstruction of our Basement and Ariel was instrumental to helping keep the contractor on track and aligned on the project. Ariel managed this in addition to perfecting her cooking skills, to complex meals over the course of one year and handling our 11-year-old daughter’s afterschool activities, Dr’s appointments and 2 dogs, which she walked twice daily. Ariel is not only very bright, but she is also driven, organized, structured, and showed exceptionally astute good judgement. She is loved by us and to this day maintains a strong bond and relationship with us. She is sweet and thoughtful and goes out of her way to make each family member feel cared for and appreciative. Whether that is with special treats or cards or just awesome little details that just make her even more special. Ariel will bring, order, warmth, laughter and love into your home. She is a very special person!

  • As a mother my anxieties with who watches my child is higher than anything else. I won’t even let majority family members watch my son. Ms. Ariel has never given me any reason not to fully trust her and is the only person outside family I trust with my son. She has always been such a fun, creative, outgoing, caring, driven, and trustworthy caregiver. Has looked out got my son when other caregivers have not and goes out of her way to make sure the safety and well-being of a child is number one priority. My son absolutely adores her, and your child will too. She genuinely cares for and loves the children she takes care if and that is something that is very hard to find. If you’re looking for someone to care for your child you’ve found the best one!
